Trauma Specialization

For trainees interested in working with clients seeking healing and renewal from complex trauma.

Trainees of the trauma track will meet competencies in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), heart-centered hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Parts Work, and other approaches. Treating trauma in the setting of couples work and sex therapy will also be addressed, as well as co-morbidities of addiction and mood disorders.

You will learn to apply your skills directly with your own clients, and maintain a caseload of 5-10 clients per week for the duration of your placement.
